Name: Shin
Name: HAI AKA Holographic Artificial Intelligence
Race: Program
Occuation: Holographic interface-Play program
First Appearance: Issue 21
Age: 1
Height: Varies
Birthdate: Unknown
Favorite Color: pink
Favorite Food: fuel or cheetos
Hobbies: Playing
Abilities: Shapechanging.
Personality: Varies, very playful. HAI is known to play very rough with intruders and those that cannot follow rules to her games. HAI has often been called a sadist by those that cannot abide by her rules.
General Info: HAI is a computer program that answers to Jake. She can change her shape and knows the ins and outs to the ship. She can become solid at will. HAI is not the ship. She is merely a program on the ship. She does not maintain the ship, she is designed for slight security measures as well as the ships play program. HAI was a humanoid program modified by Riley and Jake's Uncle Nikki. HAI generally follows Jake's orders for undesclosed reasons. She is a piece of highly forbidden and complicated technology.
Artist Comments: HAi was one of those spur of the moment things. I decided to design her on the theory that every ship needs some sort of obnoxious AI. That is HAI to a T. HAI was originally shown in stasis as Kero-chan from Card Captor Sakura (I will never call it CardCaptors...NEVER!). I don't want to get sued and I don't plan on being a Dojishi(Which is basically Fan manga, not that there is anything wrong with taht, I just feel that, that is not what Space Opera was meant to be) so I made a base design that would be HAI's regular form.

I haven't fully decided what I am doing with HAI as of yet. I will have to contemplate what to do with her. SHe obviously is stuck on the ship, so she can't be shown when the comic is on a planet. HAI doesn't have the resources to do that just yet. Look to see her in the near future though!

The management would just like to remind you that Space Opera, the world and its contents are the copyright of Marie Del Rio and to some degree, Lois Spangler. If you try to rip us off, you will be formally declared a soggy wussmeister and will no longer be attractive to those you so desperately want to date.
