So con has finished. Things went rather well. Now that the stress is away, I am pleased with how the con went. No real complaints. Even LARP went great. All the GMs were rather well-oiled machines and that made the players happy.

I wish I had been there for Saturday, but I went to CA for a wedding. the wedding had a few minor problems, but the church didn't go up in flames so I consider it a coup. The bride was lovely. She's playing a Tary WAR on Cait Sith named Skeeter. She won't be on for a while. She has her honeymoon. My only annoyance was that I was UNABLE to stay too long as my flight was leaving in 20 minutes and I was 40 minutes from the airport. I made it back thanks to a friend who drove 120 miles on the freeway to get me there.

I think the best part was that Video programming went of real well. E Bernhard Warg of Radio Active Fanboys is the most prepared boy scout I have ever met and I am glad that he was there with his region 2 VCR. I am also glad that he is helming the classic section. I always believe that someone who knows a certain genre well should be the one to pick and choose.

So I decided to switch out schools. I do that sometimes. Especially when the curricullum completely changes into something else. So I am applying to a school where hopefully the degree will be worth the paper it was printed on. I'll bring you up to speed later.

Oh be prepared my panhandling days are coming soon. I will have a bonus comic for anyone who actually donates. I am also going to reattempt starting a new comic called Destiny's Wild. This will be my third attempt to actually create it. So we will see.

Something clever should go here, but I'm tired.

I am ashamed to admit it, but The Word sadly remains to be updated. It's the beginning of a new Quarto, and I'm a tad stuck. It's possible there'll be something up tomorrow (10/9, Saturday), but I make no guarantees. I am, indeed, a soggy wussmeister.

Just watched O'Reilly on The Daily Show. He was actually rather entertaining, and astoundingly polite. I'll have to double check my cognitive functions to make sure I wasn't hallucinating or something.

Election process reform: necessary, or merely long overdue? Discuss.

That's all folks. Spaceoperacomic, the world and all of the characters are copyright of Marie Del Rio and Lois Spangler. Please don't steal or face the wrath of my rampaging hippos.
